Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s website will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

Please note delivery can take longer than expected due to strict customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs or any duties/taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
Return is possible worldwide for all full price items under the following conditions:
1) The product is unused and unaltered, with all original tags affixed and in original packaging; 2) The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please note final sale items can not be returned.
JÚNEE reserves the right to reject any return requests that fail to meet the above criteria. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

JÚNEE currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns. Returns may be shipped using your courier of choice at your expense. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment, as we are not liable for any damaged or lost packages in transit.
Upon receipt of a return shipment, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refund will be credited back to your original method of payment in the same currency as purchase. Due to currency conversion change and bank commissions, the final amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Please be aware that due to the nature of pre-order, you should expect a wait period of approximately six weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment.
We will work hard to ship your order as soon as possible and update you with tracking information once it's available. While most product will be shipped within the estimated shipping window, please understand that there may be small delays in some cases.
If you can no longer receive your pre-ordered item at the original shipping address, email us with your order number and we will update the shipping address for you accordingly.
Sales on pre-ordered items are final and we are unable to accept any returns or cancellations unless the item is not as described.
In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect item, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of delivery, providing all the necessary details and evidences. We will review your submission and replace or refund your order where we deem appropriate.
